The owners have been living in this home for over 30 years! They bought the home when it was recently built and although they had a solid base, they continued to make improvements to the house to bring it to its current stature. The siding, roof, kitchen, and baths have all been carefully updated and/or maintained over the years. High-end appliances, elegant stone tile and detailed wood-work throughout the house give one the sense of quality and elegance around every corner. They chose this specific home because of the colonial style and the school district, where both of their kids ended up finding academic success. The owners firmly believe their children's support system in the community and in the schools gave them the skills to eventually become professionals in their careers.
